dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na objasnění pojmu sociální pedagog a především se podrobněji zabývá strukturou jeho osobnosti. Dále práce popisuje zvláštnosti této nelehké profese z pohledu odborného vzdělání, jako i hlediska charakterového, rozebírá jednotlivé kompetence sociálního pedagoga a definuje i následky výkonu této profese. Teoretická část práce vymezuje jednotlivé pojmy související s osobností sociálního pedagoga a seznamuje se základními definicemi. V praktické části je řešen výzkumný problém, ve kterém se zaměříme na vnímání vychovatelské osobnosti sociálního pedagoga pohledem žáků i samotných pedagogů. Cílem kvantitativního výzkumu bude zjistit, které odborné a osobnostní předpoklady jsou pro výkon této profese rozhodující.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis focuses on clarifying the concept of social pedagogue and deals mainly with the structure of his/her personality in detail. It also describes the peculiarities of this difficult profession from the perspective of vocational education, as well as in terms of character, discusses the different competencies of social pedagogue and defines the consequences of this profession. The theoretical part defines the various concepts associated with the personality of a social pedagogue and introduces basic definitions. In the practical part the research problem is solved, in which we focus on the perception of the educational personalities of students and teachers view themselves. The objective of quantitative research will determine which professional and personal skills for this profession are the most important and critical.
