Bakalářská práce pojednává o sociální službě chráněné bydlení, ve které se zaměříme na názory sociálních pracovníků a pracovníků v sociálních službách na osoby s mentální retardací. V teoretické části se seznámíme s historií sociálních služeb, vymezíme si pojem mentální retardace a obeznámíme se s jeho členěním. Dále se v práci budeme zabývat náplní práce sociálních pracovníků a pracovníků v sociálních službách a jejich kompetencemi. Vysvětlíme si význam těchto pojmů, jako je supervize, syndrom vyhoření a co znamenají. V praktické části si popíšeme kvalitativní výzkum, kde použijeme metodu pomocí rozhovorů s ohniskovými skupinami. Cílem výzkumu je zhodnotit názory pracovníků a uživatelů na sociální službu chráněné bydlení. Posoudit význam této sociální služby, jak pro osoby s mentální retardací, tak i pro celou společnost. |

The bachelor thesis deals with the theme of sheltered housing as a social service, focusing on the opinions of social workers and other people working in the social services over the mentally retarded persons. The theoretical part presents history of the social services and specifies the term of mental retardation including the appropriate subdivision. Also, this thesis surveys the job descriptions and responsibilities of social workers and other people in social services. Terms of supervision, burnout syndrome etc. are explained. The practical part describes the qualitative research based on the method of interviewing focus groups. The research aims are, firstly to analyze and process the actual opinions of the social wor-kers as well as of the users of sheltered housing social service, and secondly to review significance of this social service for mentally retarded persons and the whole society. |
