Předložená diplomová práce prezentuje validaci rezistenci třmenového systému visacích zámků. V teoretické části práce je základním a přehledným způsobem definováno o visacích zámcích a jejich používání. Následně jsou zde shrnuty druhy a funkce visacích zámků. V praktické části je diplomová práce zaměřena na metodickém postupu měření validace rezistence třmenového systému visacích zámků na zkušebním stroji ZWICK 1456. Provedené statickou mechanickou tahovou zkouškou za zchlazených podmínek a konstantních teplotních podmínek v laboratorním prostředí. Dále jsou zde uvedeny naměřené výsledky mechanické tahové zkoušky formou grafů a tabulek včetně jejich zpracování a vyhodnocení. V závěru diplomové práce jsou uvedeny nové vývojové trendy v dané oblasti visacích zámků. |

The proposed thesis presents the validation of the resistance of clevis system of padlocks. The padlocks and their use are defined in a basic and clear manner in the theoretical part of the thesis. These are subsequently followed by the summary and functions of different padlocks. The theoretical part of thesis includes clear basic definition of padlocks and their use. The practical part of the thesis focuses on the methodical approach of measuring validation of resistance of the clevis padlock locking systems, using the test machine Zwick 1456. The assessments of resistance were conducted by static mechanical tensile test under refrigerated conditions and under constant temperature conditions in a laboratory environment. Furthermore, in this part of the thesis, there are included the measurement results of the mechanical tensile test, in the form of graphs and tables, including their pro-cessing and evaluation. In the conclusion, the thesis shows new developments and trends in the field of padlocks. |
