Tato práce zcela určitě nebude moci nastínit možné řešení problému, ale bude chtít alespoň prokázat a uvést příklady postavení etnických skupin v naší společnosti, se zaměřením na romské etnikum, jak v minulosti, tak v současnosti. Alespoň uvést jednotlivé možné procesy začlenění etnika mezi majoritní společnost. Rozpracovat jednotlivé oblasti problematiky od vzdělávání, přes pracovní uplatnění, rodinné zázemí, páchaní kriminality až k opatření státu vedoucí k řešení vzniklého problému. Tato Bakalářská práce bude více či méně zaměřena na Rómské etnikum, které je v naší republice tím nejpočetnějším. |

This paper does not conduce to solution of the stated problem by any means. It does, however, dokument and demonstrate some instance of the situation and the positron of ethnic in our society, especially those of the Romany minority, both, in the past and contemporary society. The paper is aimed to survey several attempts of possible processes of integrating ethnic minorities into the society as well as to elaboráte the individua segment sof the issue, e.g. education, application in the workforce, family background probléme, crime rate to the measures suggested the authorites would be able to také in order to deal with the probléme occurred. Please note that the thesis is oriented more or less at the Romany ethnic group as i tis by large the most numerous minority in the Czech Republic. |
