dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce teoreticky pojednává o problematice kvality života se zaměřením na populaci seniorů v domovech důchodců. Na základě poznatků z odborné literatury formuluje východiska pro praktickou část. Výzkum je zacílen na zlepšení životních podmínek obyvatel konkrétního zařízení. Při výzkumu bylo užito metody ohniskových skupin. Výstupem praktické části je vlastní návrh modelu péče jako řešení současné situace v daném domově důchodců.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor's work theoretically discourses the problems of quality of life with a view to a population of seniors at retirements homes. On the basis of knowledge found in literature it formulates initial data needed for the practical part. The research is aimed at the improvement of life conditions in concrete institution's inhabitants. The method of focus groups was used at research. The output of practical part is the own model of care suggestion as the solution of present situation at given retirements home.	en
