Bakalářská práce směřuje od obecných zásad prevence drogové trestné činnosti, právní kvalifikace drogové trestné činnosti k okruhům činitelů, kteří mohou ovlivnit jedince v možném zneužívání drog. Především zkoumá a zdůvodňuje, že rodina jako instituce může prostřednictvím výchovy a harmonického rodinného prostředí dítěte od jeho narození až po dospělost preventivně ovlivnit dítě před možným zneužíváním drog. Dále poukazuje na skutečnost, že právě rodina je tím činitelem, který dokáže působit v prevenci drogové trestné činnosti mládeže na ostatní činitele, jakými jsou dědičnost, škola, vrstevníci, volnočasové aktivity a ostatní sociální faktory. |

The bachelor work aims from general principles of drug kriminality prevention, law qualification of the drug criminality, to range of aspects, which influence an individual as for a potential misuse of drugs. Particularly, it examines and states the reasons why family as an institution can - by means of providing the child with education and harmonized family ambient from their birth to maturity - preventively protect the child from using drugs. Also it emphasizes the fact that family is a phenomenon, which can in the prevention of drug criminality of zouny people take effect on other elements such as inheritance, school, peers, leisure time activities, and other social factors. |
