Tato práce řeší problematiku využití modelu Common Assessment Framework při řízení organizace veřejné správy. Jedná se o jednotku Armády ČR, respektive o Středisko operací PSYOPS. K dosažení vhodných doporučení bylo využito analýzy vytíženosti Střediska a implementace modelu Common Assessment Framework. Aplikace tohoto modelu identifikovala v organizaci silné stránky a příležitosti ke zlepšování. Na základě zjištěných údajů byla navržena opatření, na které oblasti by se management jednotky měl zaměřit a tím zefektivnit své řízení. |

This thesis deals with the Common Assessment Framework model utilization concerning management in public administration. The issue is focused on the Czech Army unit called Centre of PSYOPS operations. There was used time-based workload analysis and implementation of Common Assessment Framework model to gain appropriate recommendations. Thanks to this model application there were found strenghts and opportunities for improvement. On the basis of discovered datas there were suggested actions which fields the unit management should focus on and thereby make the management more efficient. |
