Bakalářská práce pojednává o pachatelích a obětích trestných činů, se zaměřením na Probační a mediační službu. První kapitola je zaměřena na samotnou Probační a mediační službu, zejména na její historii v mezinárodním kontextu, vznik v České republice a její stručnou charakteristiku. Druhá kapitola pojednává o pachateli trestného činu, konkrétně o jeho sociálně psychologických aspektech a o činnosti Probační a mediační služby týkající se pachatele. Třetí kapitola má stejnou strukturu jak kapitola druhá, jen se zabývá oběti, a čtvrtá kapitola poskytuje některé statistické údaje související s danou problematikou. |

The Bachelor's thesis disserts on criminal offenders and offence victims, focusing on Probation and mediation service. The first chapter focuses on Probation and mediation service itself, mainly on its history in the international context, its creation in the Czech Republic and its brief characteristics. The second chapter focuses on the criminal offender, in particular on their socio-psychologist aspects and on Probation and mediation service activity relating to the offender. The third chapter is stuctured like the second one, however focusing on the victim and the fourth chapter provides some statistic data related to the given issue. |
