dc.description.abstract	V bakalářské práci na téma "Profesionální orientace mládeže a její vliv na nezaměstnanost" jsem se zaměřila na rozhodování žáků především základních škol o jejich budoucím vzdělání a povolání, na faktory, které tuto volbu nejvíce ovlivňují, na poradenství, které by jim mělo v tomto rozhodnutí pomoci a část práce jsem věnovala také legislativě ve školství, která žákům umožňuje připravovat se na budoucí povolání. Dále jsem se zde zabývala postavením absolventů na trhu práce, nezaměstnaností v jednotlivých oborech a popsala jsem zde vliv jejich profesionální orientace na nezaměstnanost a perspektivní obory z hlediska uplatnění absolventů na trhu práce.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	In my bachelor thesis "Professional Orientation of Youth and its Impact on Unemployment", I have focused on the decision-making process of primary school pupils concerning their future education and employment, and on factors that most influence their choice. I have also focused on consulting services available to pupils to help them decide, and I have dedicated one part of my thesis to education-related legislation that allows pupils to prepare for their future employment. Furthermore, I have considered the position of graduates on the labour market, unemployment in specific business fields and I have described the influence of professional orientation on unemployment and prospective business fields in terms of graduates' chances on the labour market.	en
