dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou tělesně týraných dětí. Zaměřuji se na typologii jednotlivých forem násilí páchaných na dětech a především na tělesné týrání dětí. Účelem je upozornit na stále častější výskyt tohoto jevu v naší společnosti a napomoci jeho řešení, neboť děti jsou zranitelné, závislé a plné nadějí a jejich budoucnost se má utvářet v harmonii. Cílem empirického výzkumu je zjistit výskyt fyzického týrání v dětství. V České republice stále přetrvává u pedagogů i rodičů mínění, že tělesné tresty jsou běžnou výchovnou metodou. Tělesné tresty však mohou být za určitých podmínek také týráním. V empirické části se pokusím vymezit onu tenkou hranici mezi pojmy tělesný trest a týrání.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelors thesis deal with problems of physical maltreated children. I focused on the classification of individua forms of violence comitted on children and especially problems of physical maltreated children. The aim is to show the occurence of the phenomenon in our society and to help to find the solution. As for children, they are vulnerable, dependent and full of hopes and their future should be formed in harmony. Second, empirical part, is focused on finding out the presence of physical maltreatment during childhood. There's still an opinion among teachers and parents in Czech Republic that corporal punishment is a common part of education and upbringing. In some circumstances at can be maltreatment as well. So in empirical part, I would like to specify very thin but existing border between corporal punishment and maltreatment.	en
