dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá postavením ženy na manažerské úrovni, která s sebou přináší zvládání různých sociálních pozicí a všímá si postavení ženy ve společnosti. Poukazuje, že ženy jsou stejně dobré, i když zásadně jiné manažerky než muži a přestože se stále ještě nejedná o běžný jev, ženy vstupují na vedoucí pozice stále častěji.	cs
