dc.description.abstract	Vztahy firmy s jejím okolím jsou různými autory pojmenovávány různě, obvykle jsou však používány pojmy: konkurence a spolupráce, resp. kooperace. Ve světě omezených zdrojů je spolupráce vždy endemická, na druhé straně však žádná firma nemůže být konkurenceschopná bez spolupráce s jinými subjekty. Konkurence a spolupráce jsou neoddělitelnými atributy tržního ekonomického systému. Firma by měla zvolit takové vztahy spolupráce a konkurence, které jí pomohou vytvořit nejvhodnější podmínky pro její podnikání. Tato disertační práce řeší problematiku rozhodování firmy "s kým a proč má firma vést konkurenční boj a s kým a proč má firma spolupracovat". Autorkou předkládané návrhy postupu umožňují firmám hodnotit jejich tržní pozici vůči významných subjektům trhu a vyhodnocovat výhodnost navázání vztahů spolupráce resp. konkurence, a to i v případě neúplných nebo téměř žádných informací. Není potřeba dělat výpočty pro každý nahodilý obchodní vztah, ale u navazování strategických aliancí a užších forem spolupráce by měly být samozřejmostí. Autorkou navrhovaný postup respektuje omezené zdroje firmy.

dc.description.abstract-translated	Relationships of an enterprise with it's surroundings are variously entitled by different authors, but the most commonly used terms are the following: cooperation, collaboration, competition. In the world of limited resources, collaboration will always be endemic, on the other hand no enterprise can be competitive without cooperation. Competition and cooperation go hand-in-hand in economic practice. An enterprise should establish those kinds of collaborative and competitive relationships, which will serve to create the most advantageous conditions for its commercial activities. This PhD Thesis deals with the decision making of an enterprice "With whom and why should we compete, and with whom and why should we cooperate?" The submitted aproaches will enable enterprices to evaluate their market position in comparison with their stakeholders and to evaluate the appropriateness of establishing collaborative or competitive relationships with them, and this even under the circuimstances of dearth or virtually complete lack of information. There is no need to perform a case-by-case calculation for each randomly-occuring commercial relationship, but in the course of creating strategic alliances and other closer forms of collaboration, it should be taken for granted. The limited resources of an enterprise are respected by the author of this PhD Thesis in the recommended procedure.
