Touto bakalářskou prací bych chtěl přiblížit Probační a mediační službu ČR a její funkce v systému trestní justice a nastínit kdo jsou probační úředníci a asistenti. Dále zkoumat a vyhodnotit roli Probační a mediační služby ČR v oblasti výkonu dohledu a alternativních trestů. Výzkum zaměřím na výkon trestu obecně prospěšných prací v organizacích na Zlínsku. Cílem bude získat základní údaje o respondentech, o výkonu trestu obecně prospěšných prací, o klientech vykonávajících tento trest a míru spokojenosti s výsledky práce. Dále se pokusím od respondentů zjistit jejich postoje, názory, požadavky a obavy z trestu obecně prospěšných prací. |

In my Bachelor thesis I would like to describe Probation and mediation service Czech republic and its functions in penal system and describe who are probation clerks and assistans. Than to examine and evaluate the role of Probation and Mediation service Czech Republic in its supervising function and alternative penalties. I focus my research on discharging the penalty of generally favourable work in organization at the Zlin district. The aim of the research will be to get basic informations about these organizations, about penalty of generally favourable work, about convicted people who must discharge this penalty and satisfactions with their work done. Furhermore I will try to find out their bearings, opinions, requirements and their fears of penalty of generally favourable work. |
