dc.description.abstract	Disertační práce se zabývá výzkumem strategickým řízením se zaměřením na uplatnění aplikací (informačních technologií) pro podporu metodiky Balanced Scorecard. Cílem práce je vymezit základní charakteristiky podnikového okolí, definovat základní kompetence podniku pro úspěšnou realizaci podnikové strategie, stanovit místa synergií mezi počítačovou podporou a metodikou Balanced Scorecard. Výstupem práce je návrh systémového modelu vzájemných vztahů mezi podnikovým okolím a strategickým řízením pomocí metodiky Balanced Scorecard při využití počítačových aplikací určených pro její podporu. Dalším výstupem je definování problémových míst při využívání těchto aplikací s ohledem na stanovená kritéria.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This dissertation is focused on research activities regarding strategic management with a focus on the information technology for the supporting of the Balanced Scorecard methodology. The main aim of this work is to define the basic characteristics of the enterprise environment, define the core competencies of the firm for the successful implementation of the corporate strategy, to determine the places of synergies between computer support and the Balanced Scorecard methodology. The output of this work is the design of system model of the interactions between the corporate environment and strategic management using Balanced Scorecard methodology in the use of computer software designed to support it. The next output is defining bottlenecks in the use of these applications with regard to the criteria laid down.
