dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá významem profesní identity učitele, vývojem profesní identity a souvislostmi mezi profesní identitou učitele a profesní sebereflexí. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy z oblasti profesní identity učitele a učitelské sebere-flexe. Praktická část práce obsahuje výsledky kvalitativního výzkumu profesní identity učitele a doporučení pro praxi středních škol.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis focuses on the importance of the professional teacher's identity, the development of the professional identity and the links between the professional teacher's identity and the professional self-reflection. The basic terms from the area of the teacher's professional identity and the self- reflection are explained in the theoretical part. Practical part contains results of the the qualitative research of the the teacher's professional identity and recommendations for the practise of secondary schools.
