dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce má teoreticko empirický charakter. Analyzuje profesní příběhy začínajících učitelů mateřské školy. Teoretická část je rozdělena do tří kapitol, ve kterých jsou vymezeny teoretická východiska učitelské profese a vývoj profesní dráhy začínajících učitelů. Praktická část práce popisuje kvalitativně orientovaný výzkum, který byl realizovaný formou narativních rozhovorů se začínajícími učitelkami mateřských škol. Analýzou a zpracováním rozhovorů byly zjištěny skutečnosti, které ovlivňují profesní příběhy začínajících učitelů, odhalují průběh jejich profesionalizace a změny motivace v samotném průběhu dosavadního profesního života.

dc.description.abstract-translated	Bachelor thesis has theoretically-empirical character. It analyses professional journey of novice nursery school teachers. Theoretical part of the theses is divided into three chapters where theoretical objectives of the teaching profession are defined together with the professional career development of novice teachers. Practical part of the thesis describes qualitatively based research that was realised through narrative interviews with novice teachers at nursery schools. There were facts realised through the analysis and elaboration of these interviews, which influence the professional development of novice teachers and also reveal the process of their professionalization together with changes in motivation during their existing professional life.
