Bakalářská práce ukazuje na možnosti využití životního příběhu klienta se symptomy demence při péči o jeho osobu v pobytovém zařízení pro seniory na oddělení se zvláštním režimem. Onen přístup bude směrem k důstojné péči o seniora s využitím prvků biografie klienta ve spojení s kompetencemi pečujících. V práci se zabývám pojmy, jako jsou demografická data, zdravé stárnutí, fenomén demence, možnosti péče o klienta s onemocněním demence v zařízení se zvláštním režimem, kde svoji roli hraje legislativní rámec institucionální péče a formy péče jako takové. Další oblastí je seznámení s psychobiografickým modelem, který je zaměřen na cílovou skupinu seniorů se změněným způsobem chování. Další část je zaměřena na konkrétní práci s biografií, kdy na příkladu životních příběhů dvou klientů je dokladován pečujícím možný směr pro jejich práci a způsoby, jak nabídnout své služby seniorovi tak, aby byla zachována a podpořena jeho kvalita života. |

This bachelor thesis shows the possibility of using the life story of a client with dementia symptoms in the care of his person in a residential facility for seniors in the department with special regime. That approach will be towards dignified care for older persons using elements of client's biography in connection with the competencies of the caregivers. In the thesis I deal with the concepts, such as demographic data, healthy aging, a phenomenon of dementia, care options for clients with dementia disease at a special regime, where a legislative framework and institutional forms of care play the role. Other part shows a psychobiography model, which is focused on the target group of seniors with changed behaviour. Another part is focused on a specific work with a biography, where on an example of life stories of two clients are documented the possible directions of care to offer the services to the elderly people and to maintain and support their quality of life. |
