Diplomová práce pojednává o konceptu locus of control, který je dán do kontextu s úspěšností léčby u uživatelů návykových látek. Hlavním tématem teoretické části je koncept locus of control, který je vymezen pohledem nejvýznamnějších autorů. V další části práce je věnována pozornost drogové závislosti, bio-psycho-sociálně-spirituálním dopadům užívání návykových látek. Práce se zabývá také faktory, které podmiňují vznik a průběh závislosti. V posledním souboru teoretické části je popsána léčba a pomoc v závislosti. Jsou zde definovány léčebné programy dle úrovně poskytované služby (ambulantní, terénní, pobytová). Práce ponechává prostor pro samotnou osobnost závislého v léčebnému programu. Uvedeny jsou také termíny spojené s úspěšností, respektive neúspěšností léčby, tj. retence, relaps, craving. Praktická část zkoumá úroveň locus of control u uživatelů návykových látek ve vztahu k úspěšnosti léčby. Tento koncept je porovnáván také s celkovou délkou užívání návykových látek, pokusy o abstinenci, pohlavím či nejvyšším dosaženým vzděláním. |

This diploma thesis deals with the concept of Locus of control which is put into context with treatment success of drug users. Main topic of the theoretical part is the concept of the locus of control which is defined by the view of the most important authors. The next section is devoted attention to the drug addiction, bio-psycho-social consequences of addictive substances.The work also deals with the factors which determine the origin and the proccess of addiction. In the last section of the theoretical part is described treatment and help in addiction. Treatment programs are defined according to the level of providing service (ambulatory, landscaping, residential). The thesis leaves the space for the personality of a dependent in the therapeutic program. There are also listed terms assocciated with the success or failure of treatment, it means retention, relapse, craving. Practical part examines the level of locus of control of drug users in the relation to the success of treatment. This concept is also compared with the total length of drug using, attempts of abstinence, gender or the highest education. |
