dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na vliv odměn a trestů při motivaci žáků 2. stupně základních škol k učení. Práce je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části, a to na část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části je definována výchova dětí (z pohledu rodinného i školního prostředí), motivace žáka k učení a s tím související autorita učitele v procesu výuky. Dále je zde vymezen pojem kázeň, která je jedním z ukazatelů výchovy dítěte. Práce také popisuje možné příčiny vedoucí k výskytu nekázně a prostředky, díky kterým lze nekázni předcházet. V neposlední řadě jsou v teoretické části vysvětleny pojmy odměna a trest, jejich účinnost na žáka v procesu učení a možná rizika s nimi spojená. Praktická část je provedena kvantitativní strategií, konkrétně metodou dotazování provedenou prostřednictvím dotazníků. Kvantitativní data jsou analyzována a výstupy následně prezentovány formou tabulek a grafů. Potvrzení či vyvrácení hypotéz je zde statisticky ověřeno.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis deals with the influence of rewards and punishments when pupils of the upper grade of classes are motivated to studying. The thesis is divided in two main parts: the theoretical part and practical one. In the theoretical part, there is education of children defined (from the view of family and school environment), motivation of a pupil to studying connected with the authority of a teacher in the process of teaching. Further, there is a concept of discipline specified here which is one of the indicators in the education of a child. The thesis also describes possible causes leading to occurrence of indiscipline and other means which can avoid indiscipline. Last but not least, there are conceptions of a reward and punishment, their influence on a pupil and possible risks connected with them explained. The practical part is done by quantitative strategy, specifically by the method of enquiring by means of questionnaires. The quantitative data are analysed and their output is presented in the form of tables and graphs. Proof and disproof of hypotheses are statistically verified here.
