dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá významem odborné praxe pro studenty oboru Zdravotně sociální pracovník. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část práce se zabývá obecně zdravotně sociální prací a definicí zdravotně sociálního pracovníka. Další kapitola se zabývá vzděláváním zdravotně sociálního pracovníka v ČR. V poslední kapitole je práce zaměřená konkrétně na odborné praktické vzdělávání, kde je blíže definována odborná praxe. Praktická část je založena na kvantitativním výzkumu a pomocí dotazníkového šetření zjišťuje názor studentů na význam a přínos odborné praxe.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This Bachelor's thesis focuses on the purpose of practical training experience for students of healthcare social work program at the university. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part deals with healthcare social work in general and offers a definition of a healthcare social worker. The next chapter concentrates on education of healthcare social workers in the Czech Republic. The last chapter specifically addresses the issue of practical and vocational education. This chapter also provides a more detailed description of practical training. The practical part is carried out by means of quantitative research and a questionnaire survey that aims to determine the opinion of students on the purpose and benefit of practical training experience.
