Cílem mé diplomové práce bylo sledovat vliv stupňovaných dávek dusíku a manganu na výnos a chemické složení hlíz velmi raných brambor. Problematika byla řešena formou nádobového pokusu. Hlízy byly sklizeny po 90 dnech vegetace, kdy jsou v konzumní zralosti. Po jejich zvážení a spočítání byly analyzovány na obsah sušiny, škrobu, dusíku, hrubé bílkoviny, fosforu, manganu a jednotlivých aminokyselin. Vysoké množství dusíku použitého ke hnojení brambor mělo positivní vliv na syntézu bílkovin a zvyšovalo obsah fosforu v hlízách, ale negativně se projevilo na výnosu hlíz a obsahu škrobu v hlízách. Stupňované dávky manganu se projevily výrazně na snížení výnosu hlíz (statistická významnost však nebyla zjištěna) při současném zvyšování obsahu tohoto prvku v čerstvé hmotě bramborových hlíz. Positivní vliv měly také na syntézu škrobu, bílkovin a aminokyselin. |

The aim of my diploma thesis was to follow the influence of graded concentrations of nitrogen and manganese on harvest and chemical composition of tubers of very earlymaturing potatoes. The issue was solved by the form of pot experiment. The tubers were harvested after 90 days of vegetation, when they were in the stage of consumer maturity. After thein weighing and counting they were analyzed on the content of the dry matter, starch, nitrogen, rough protein, phosphorus, manganese and single aminoacids. The high content of nitrogen used for fertilization of potatoes had positive effect on synthesis of proteins and increased the content of phosphorus in tubers, but it had negative effect on the harvest of tubers and on the content of starch in tubers. The graded concentrations of manganese became evident by decrease of the harvest of tubers (statistical significance wasn't however ascertained) at simultaneous increase of content of this element in the fresh matter of potato tubers. It had positive effect on synthesis of starch, proteins and aminoacids. |
