Bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice syndromu vyhoření u sociálních pracovníků. Teoreticky popisuje sociálního pracovníka, jeho charakteristiku, kompetence, podrobněji se zabývá sociálním pracovníkem sociálně právní ochrany dětí. Dále je zaměřena na samot-ný syndrom vyhoření, na jeho definici, příznaky, rizikové faktory, jednotlivé fáze a dia-gnostiku. V závěru teorie se bakalářská práce soustředí na potřebnou prevenci zmiňovaného syndromu. Součástí praktické části bakalářské práce je kvantitativní výzkum orientovaný na terénní sociální pracovníky oddělení sociálně právní ochrany dětí. |

This bachelor thesis focuses on the problem of burnout in the social work field. The theore-tical part provides a characterisation of a social worker and specifies what his/her compe-tencies are: since the emphasis is placed on the social and legal protection of children, the persona of children's social worker is discussed in detail. The issue of burnout syndrome is discussed very minutely as well: the thesis provides a brief characterisation of burnout and its symptoms, introduces the risk factors that can lead to it and descibes the individu-al phases of the burnout process. Lastly, the possibilities of burnout's prevention (which, as can be concluded, is very needed) are discussed as a final chapter of the theoretical part. The practical part of this bachelor thesis includes a quantitative research dedicated to the legwork of the social workers working in the field of social and legal protection of chil-dren. |
