dc.description.abstract	Předmětem zkoumání v této bakalářské práci je osobnost vysokoškolského učitele, tak, jak je vnímána studenty ošetřovatelství. V teoretické části se zabýváme problematikou psychologie osobnosti, charakteristikou vysokoškolského učitele a jeho podílu na vzdělávání Všeobecných sester na vysoké škole. Praktická část je věnována výzkumu, jehož cílem bylo zjistit, jaké charakteristiky vysokoškolského učitele jsou pro studenty ošetřovatelství nejdůležitější a v jakém pořadí se vyskytuji dle výpovědí studentů.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The main object of the research in this bachelor thesis is the personality of a university teacher as viewed through the students of nursing prism. In the theoretical part, personality psychology, university teacher's characteristics and their contribution to the education of the future general nurses is examined. The practical part deals with the research itself. Its goal is to determine which attributes of a university teacher are the most valued among the students of nursing and what their order is as given by the respondents.
