dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá diskomfortem sester při utváření životního stylu. Práce obsahuje teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část je rozdělaná na dvě kapitoly. První kapitola popisuje profesi, role, náplň práce a osobnost všeobecné sestry. Druhá kapitola se zabývá zdravým životním stylem a dušení hygienou. Praktická část práce byla realizována formou dotazníkového šetření u všeobecných sester v Krajské nemocnici Tomáše Bati ve Zlíně a Městské nemocnici s poliklinikou Uherský Brod. Cílem průzkumu bylo zjistit fenomény, způsobující diskomfort životního stylu všeobecných sester.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis deals with Discomfort of Nurses in Shaping Lifestyle. This bachelor thesis includes a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part is divided into two chapters. The first chapter describes the profession of nurse, her role, content of work and personality of nurse. The second chapter deals with healthy lifestyle and mental hygiene. The practical part of my bachelor thesis was realized through the form of a questionnaire survey carried out among nurses in Regional Hospital of Tomas Bata in Zlin. The aim of the thesis was to phenomena causing discomfort lifestyle nurses.
