dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou ošetřovatelské péče u chirurgických výkonů štítné žlázy. Teoretická část se dotýká anatomie, fyziologie a patofyziologie štítné žlázy, dále jsou zde uvedeny nejčastější operační výkony na štítné žláze, předoperační vyšetření, předoperační, pooperační péče a úloha sestry, pooperační komplikace. Pro kvalitativní výzkum jsme zvolili metodu případových studií. Na základě pozorování, analýzy dokumentů a rozhovorů s ošetřujícím personálem a samostatnými pacienty bylo vytvořeno 8 kazuistik, jejichž úkolem bylo sledovat a zaznamenávat ošetřovatelskou péči poskytnutou pacientovi hospitalizovanému pro chirurgické řešení štítné žlázy, komparovat dvě pracoviště a vytvořit návrh doporučení pro praxi.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The Bachelor thesis deals with the issue of nursing care for surgical interventions on the thyroid gland. The theoretical part discribes the anatomy, physiology and pathophysiology of the thyroid gland, preoperative physical examination, preoperative and postoperative care and the role of a nurse, postoperative health complications. We have selected the method of case studies for the quality research. Based on observations, analysis of docu-ments and interviews with nursing staff and patients 8 case studies were created. Their task was to monitor and record the nursing care provided to the patient admitted to hospital for surgical treatment of the thyroid, to compare the two departments and create a draft of recommendations for practice.
