Předložená práce se zabývá uplatněním metod průmyslového inženýrství v praxi vybrané české nemocnice. Význam tohoto tématu lze spatřovat především v souvislosti s dynamicky se měnícím prostředím, které působí celosvětově nejen na podniky (a nutí je čím dál tím více zaměřovat veškerou svou činnost na své zákazníky), ale také na další obory jako je např. zdravotnictví. I zdravotnická zařízení jsou nucena hledat nové cesty pro uspokojování potřeb svých zákazníků pacientů. V úvodní části práce byly rozebrány poznatky odborné literatury a aktuálních výzkumů v oblasti využití metod průmyslového inženýrství ve zdravotnictví, které byly následně využity v prostředí konkrétní nemocnice. Očekávaným výstupem práce je, na základě provedených analýz, návrh činností, které by měly dopomoci ke zkrácení čekací doby pacientů. |

The introduced work if focused on application of industrial engineering methods in practice of selected hospital in Czech Republic. The importance of this topic can be seen primarily in connection with dynamically changing environment, which affects worldwide not only business, forcing them to increasingly focus its entire business on customers, but also other areas, such as healthcare. Even health facilities are forced to seek new ways to satisfy the needs of their customers - patients. The first part of this work contains the knowledge from the literature and current research in the use of industrial engineering methods in healthcare, which are consequently used in a particular hospital environment. The expected outcome of this work is, based on analyzes, proposal of activities, which should help to reduce patients waiting time. |
