Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou profesní orientace, profesní přípravy a následně možnostmi uplatnění osob s tělesným postižením na trhu práce. Autorka popisuje důležité činitele, kteří ovlivňují jejich úspěšnou společenskou i profesní integraci. Nejdůležitějším činitelem pro správný vývoj a tvorbu osobnosti je funkční rodina. Rozhodujícím významem pro postiženého je péče - ucelená rehabilitace, poradenský servis, možnost vzdělávání a volba profese - která odpovídá jejich nadání a schopnostem. |

This bachelor work is concerned with the professional orientation, professional association and following opportunities for handicapped people. The author focuses on utility of the handicapped in the employment market featuring the most significant agents to build up the successful both social and professional integration. The functional family represents the key element influencing the whole process to gain and develop the true personality composition. The comprehensive rehabilitation, counselling service, opportunities in education and employment are inevitable parts of the care that should always agree with abilities and capability of the handicapped. |
