Bakalářská práce se zabývá patologickými vztahy na pracovišti, a to zejména mobbingem a bossingem. Teoretická část je zaměřena na okolnosti vzniku psychoteroru v zaměstnání, na příčiny tohoto jednání, charakterizaci pachatele a oběti a možnosti prevence a obrany. Záměrem výzkumného šetření v praktické části je klasifikace mobbingu jako patologického jevu na základě analýzy a porovnání tří případových studií. |

The bachelor thesis deals with pathological relationships in the workplace, namely with mobbing and bossing. The theoretical part describes the circumstances of the employment´s psychological terror formation, the roots of this behaviour, characterizations of the offender and the victim, and options of prevention and defence. The research described in the practical part deals with the classification of the mobbing as a pathology using the analysis and the comparison of three case studies. |
