dc.description.abstract	Tématem bakalářské práce je analýza rizik v distribuci a jejich minimalizace. Pomocí vhodně zvolených metod jsou vyhodnocena rizika, která ohrožují distribuční systém vybrané obchodní společnosti. V práci jsou definovány nejenom základní pojmy z problematiky analýzy rizik, ale i z oblasti distribuce. Dále jsou pak na základě zjištěných výsledků analýz navrhnuta taková opatření a zlepšení, která vedou k efektivnějšímu manažerskému řízení distribuce s cílem minimalizace těchto rizik a tím ještě zvýšit konkurenceschopnost na českých i zahraničních trzích.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The topic of this thesis is the analysis of the risk in the distribution and thein minimalization. Using the appropriately chosen methods are assessed the risk whitch threaten the distribution process of the chosen company PANTER COLOR a.s. In this work there are defined not only the basic terms of the risk analysis isme but the terms of the distribution as well. On the basis of the findings there are brought in such measures and improvements in the practical part which lead to effective managerial control of the distribution with the aim of the minimalization of these risks which will lead to the further competitiveness on the Czech markets as well as on the foreing ones.
