dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku systémů řízení bezpečnosti potravin v potravinovém řetězci. Teoretická část bakalářské práce se zabývá stručnou charakteristikou právních předpisů upravujících výrobu potravin a jejich uvádění na trh. Dále popisuje jednotlivé systémy managementu bezpečnosti potravin se zaměřením na HACCP, FSMS, FSSC22000 a další. Poslední kapitola teoretické části nastiňuje základní principy akreditace a certifikace v oblasti těchto systémů. V praktické části je zpracováno porovnání požadavků ČSN P ISO/TS 22003:2008 s ČSN P ISO/TS 22003:2014.

dc.description.abstract-translated	Bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of food safety management systems in food chain. The theoretical part of the Bachelor thesis deals with a brief characteristic of legislation governing the food production and related segments. It also describes the individual food safety management systems with a focus on HACCP, FSMS, FSSC22000 and others. The last chapter of the theoretical part outlines the basic principles of accreditation and certification of these systems. The comparison of requirements of ČSN P ISO/TS 22003:2008 and ČSN P ISO/TS 22003:2014 is processed in the practical part of the Bachelor thesis.
