dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem sociálního vyloučení v rezidenčních zařízeních. Hlavním cílem této práce je zjistit, jak k problematice přistupuje vybrané zařízení rezi-denční péče a zda uplatňuje takové metody práce, které minimalizují riziko sociálního vyloučení. Teoretická část se zabývá fenoménem stáří problematikou seniorského věku, potřebami seniorů a jejich uspokojování v rezidenčních zařízeních. Zaměřuje se také na jejich po-stavení ve společnosti a jejich vylučování. Uvádí typy rezidenční péče, možná rizika so-ciální exkluze seniorů a metody, jak je minimalizovat. Praktická část se věnuje metodo-logii výzkumu, jeho realizaci a vyhodnocení.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of social exclusion in residential facilities. The main aim of the thesis is to determine how a selected residential treatment centre ap-proaches the issue in question and whether it utilizes such methods of work that mini-mize the risk of social exclusion. The theoretical part outlines the phenomenon of senes-cence the issues of old age, needs of the elderly people and their fulfilment in residen-tial facilities. It also focuses on their position within the society and their exclusion. It lists the types of residential care, potential risks of social exclusion of the elderly people and methods for its minimization. The practical part deals with the research methodolo-gy, its implementation and evaluation.
