Bakalářská práce má teoreticko-empirický charakter. Hlavním cílem je výzkum vlivu spolu-práce a komunikace mateřské školy s rodinou na individualizaci ve vzdělávání. Teoretická část popisuje aktuální poznatky z oblasti výchovy a vzdělávání v mateřské škole a v rodině. Dále se zabývá popisem možné spolupráce a komunikace mezi mateřskou školou a rodinou při výchově a vzdělávání dětí. Jsou zde také nastíněny a objasněny pojmy individualizace a její vývoj, individualizovaná a individuální výuka a ukotvení individualizace v kurikulárních dokumentech. Praktická část předkládá výsledky kvantitativního výzkumu, který byl realizován pomocí dotazníkového šetření pro rodiče dětí navštěvujících mateřskou školu. V této části práce je vyhodnoceno, zda mateřská škola spolupracuje a komunikuje s rodinou v dostatečné míře a tím maximálně podporuje individualizaci ve vzdělávání a její kvalitu. V neposlední řadě jsou zde popsány zkušenosti a názory rodičů na spolupráci a komunikaci s MŠ ve prospěch individualizace ve vzdělávání. |

This thesis has a theoretical-empirical character. The main objective of this work is the re-search of the influence of cooperation and communication of kindergarten with family and how this affect the individualization in education. The theoretical part describes the current knowledge in the field of education and education in kindergarten and family. The next thing it deals with is the description of possible cooperation and communication between kindergarten and family in the upbringing and educational process of children. There are also outlined and explained the concepts of individualization and its development, indivi-dualized and personalized education and the inclusion of individualization in curricular documents. The practical part presents the results of quantitative research which was done using a questionnaire for parents of children attending the kindergarten. In this part of the thesis there is evaluated whether kindergarten cooperates and communicates with family adequately and if it sufficiently supports individualization in education and its quality. Fi-nally there are described experience and opinions of parents regarding cooperation and communication with kindergarten in favor of the individualization in education. |
