dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vzděláváním, rozvojem a motivací zaměstnanců v malých firmách, které spadají do terciárního sektoru, konkrétněji do maloobchodu. Těmi jsou pro případ této bakalářské práce míněny organizace do velikosti 15-ti zaměstnanců, které nemají vlastní oddělení lidských zdrojů. Cílem práce je zjištění, zdali prostředí malých firem nabízí příležitosti k formálnímu nebo neformálnímu vzdělávání. Teoretickým cílem je seznámení s oblastí podpory vzdělávání zaměstnanců a zjištění, zdali existují vzdělávací strategie pro podporu a motivaci jedinců zaměstnaných u malých firem v oblasti terciárního sektoru. V praktické části bude realizován výzkum přístupu ke vzdělávání zaměstnanců v malých firmách, dále financování vzdělávání a povědomí zaměstnavatelů o evropských dotacích na vzdělávání zaměstnanců. Pro praktickou část využijeme dotazníkové šetření.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis deals with the topic of education, development and motivation of employees in small businesses that fall into the tertiary sector, specifically into the field of retail. For the purposes of this work it means organizations up to 15 employees which do not have their own human resources departments. The aim of this paper is to determine whether the small business environment offers opportunities for formal and/or informal education. The theoretical goal is providing an insight into the topic of employee education support and to determine whether there are educational strategies for supporting and motivating individuals employed in small companies in the tertiary sector. In the practical part, a research of approach to the training of employees in small firms will be carried out, as well as a research of the funding of education and awareness of European subsidies for staff training among employers. For the practical part a survey will be used.
