dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá právními a sociálními aspekty domácího násilí. V teoretické části je vymezen pojem domácí násilí, jeho příčiny a charakteristické znaky. Práce se dále zabývá aktéry domácího násilí, charakteristikou pachatele a oběti domácího násilí. Následně je práce zaměřena na možné způsoby pomoci a právní řád, kde je především vymezen pojem vykázání. Praktická část bakalářské práce je zaměřena na informovanost studentů Univerzity Tomáše Bati ve Zlíně o problematice domácího násilí. V závěru práce jsou uvedeny výsledky výzkumného šetření a doporučení pro praxi.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis deals legal and social aspects of domestic violence. In the theoretical part is defined the concept of domestic violence, causes and characteristic features. The thesis is also focused on the actors of domestic violence, the characteristics of the perpetrator and the victim of domestic violence. Subsequently, the thesis focuses on possible ways of assistance and legal order, where the notion of disclosure is defined in particular. The practical part of the bachelor thesis is focused on the information of students of Thomas Bata University in Zlin about the issue of domestic violence. At the end of the thesis are presented the results of the research and recommendations for practice.
