dc.description.abstract	Cílem této diplomové práce je navrhnout nástroje operativního controllingu ve společnosti VINTER spol. s r. o. V teoretické části budou analyzovány literární prameny a definovány významy zásadních pojmů. V praktické části diplomové práce bude nejdříve stručně představena společnost VINTER spol. s r. o. Dále bude popsán průběh stavební zakázky a charakterizována dosavadní úloha operativního controllingu ve společnosti VINTER spol. s r. o. V projektu budou vybrány některé nástroje operativního controllingu a navrhnuty vhodné ukazatele pro tuto společnost. Ve zprávě controllera bude ukázáno využití vybraných nástrojů pomocí skutečných hodnot společnosti na konkrétní stavební zakázce. Nakonec budou vyhodnoceny přínosy, rizika a ekonomická náročnost projektu.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of my diploma thesis is project instruments of operative controlling in the VINTER Ltd. In the theoretical part will be analyzed the literary sources and will be defined main ideas and their meanings. In the practical part of this diploma thesis will be at first introduced the VINTER company. Next will be described the continuance of the building order and will be specified the present part of operative controlling in the VINTER company. In the project will be chosen some of the instruments of operative controlling and will be proposed suitable indicators for this company. In the controller report there will be demonstrated use of these instruments by means of real value of the company on the concrete building order. Finally will be interpreted contributions, risks and economical costingness of the project.	en
