dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce pod názvem Klima školy a postoj žáků ZŠ k sociokulturní diverzitě se v teoretické části podrobněji věnuje klimatu školy a diverzitě školského prostředí běžných základních škol, které by mělo být díky zákonem podporované inkluzi více pestřejší než v minulosti. V této části práce se věnujeme nejen vymezení klimatu školy, ale také dalším typům klimatu, které se objevují ve školském prostředí a faktorům ovlivňujícím klima školy. Druhá kapitola teoretické části je pak věnována diverzitě školského prostředí, těsně spjatého s inkluzivním vzděláváním. V rámci této kapitoly si uvedeme jednotlivé účastníky inkluzivně vzdělávací praxe, kteří tvoří právě diverzitu školského prostředí. Praktická část diplomové práce zkoumá celkové klima školy, konkrétní aspekty klimatu školy a postoje žáků ZŠ k heterogenitě spolužáků. Hlavním cílem výzkumu je však snaha o zjištění souvislostí mezi klimatem školy a postoji žáků k sociokulturní diverzitě. Zvolen byl kvantitativní výzkum formou dotazníkového šetření.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis with the title School Climate and Attitudes of Elementary School Pupils towards Sociocultural Diversity focuses in its theoretical part on the climate and diversity of environments in the mainstream primary schools, which should be more varied than in the past thanks to the inclusion supported by the legislation. In this part of the thesis we look both at the definition of the school climate and at other types of climate that occur in the school environment, as well as at the factors affecting the school climate. The second chapter of the theoretical part is devoted to the diversity in the school environment closely linked to the inclusive education. Within the framework of this chapter we also show individual participants in the inclusive educational practices that make up the diversity of the school environment. The practical part of the diploma thesis examines the overall school climate, specific aspects of the school climate and the attitudes of basic school pupils toward heterogeneity of classmates. The main objective of the research is to find connections between the school climate and the attitudes of pupils towards socio-cultural diversity. The method selected was quantitative research, using questionnaire-based investigation.
