Diplomová práce pojednává o problematice efektivního využívání příspěvku na péči ve Zlínském kraji. Teoretická část se skládá ze tří kapitol, které korespondují s tématem a výzkumem diplomové práce. Zaměřuje se na sociální služby, příjemce sociálních služeb a popisuje dávky pro osoby se zdravotním postižením. V neposlední řadě je velká část diplomové práce věnovaná příspěvku na péči, zejména jeho efektivnímu využívání a provádění kontrol využívání příspěvku na péči. Praktická část je zaměřená na zjištění, zda je příspěvek na péči využíván efektivně a účelně. V metodologické části jsme zvolili kvantitativní výzkum pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Výstupem práce je shrnutí výsledků výzkumu a doporučení pro zefektivnění systému využívání příspěvku na péči. |

The thesis discusses the issues of the effective use of Carer's Allowance in the Zlin region. The theoretical part consists of three chapters that correspond with the theme and the thesis research. It focuses on social services, the recipients of social services and describes the allowances for people with disabilities. Finally, a large part of the thesis is devoted to the Carer's Allowance, particularly its effective use and implementation of inspections that check its use. The practical part is focused on determining whether a Carer's Allowance is used efficiently and effectively. In the methodology section, we have chosen a quantitative research using questionnaires. The output of the thesis is a summary of research results and recommendations for streamlining the use of Carer's Allowance. |
