dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá profesí všeobecné sestry v kardiochirurgii. Je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část je členěna do tří kapitol. První Vás seznámí s anatomií a fyziologií srdce a jeho nejčastějšími nemocemi. Kapitola druhá představí obor kardiochirurgie jako takový, jeho historii a možnosti operační léčby. Poslední část je věnována specifické ošetřovatelské péči o tyto nemocné a profesi sestry. Praktická část bakalářské práce zahrnuje kvalitativní výzkum, provedený technikou rozhovoru s všeobecnými sestrami, které pracovaly nebo v současnosti pracují na kardiochirurgickém pracovišti. Otázky k rozhovorům byly zvoleny podle jednotlivých dílčích cílů a jsou zaměřeny na specifika pooperační ošetřovatelské péče.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis is about a proffesion of nurse in cardiac surgery. The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is divided into three chapters. First one introduces the anatomy and the physiology of heart and its most com-mon diseases. The second chapter introduces the subject of Cardiac surgery as itself, its history and possibilites of the surgical treatment. The last part of thesis present a specific nursing care for these patients and about the proffesion of nurse. The practical part of the thesis is the qualitative research which is carried out by interviews with nurses, who are working or worked on cardiac surgery wards. The questions for an interview were chosen according to individual goals and are focused on specifics of the post operative nurs care.
