dc.description.abstract	Tématem této bakalářské práce je ošetřovatelská péše u pacientů po operaci tumoru mozku. V teoretické části jsou stručně popsány nádory mozku, jejich klasifikace, etiologie, klinické projevy, diagnostika a terapie. Jsou zde také popsány meningeomy, kterých se celá práce týká. Dále je zde zpracovaná předoperační, perioperační a pooperační péče u pacientů s tumorem mozku. Praktickou část tvoří kvalitativní výzkum psaný formou případových studií. Na základě pozorování, rozhovorů s pacienty a ošetřujícím personálem a analýzy dokumentů byly vytvořeny čtyři kazuistiky, jejichž úkolem bylo zmapovat specifické ošetřovatelské činnosti prováděné u pacientů po operaci mozku na Anesteziologicko-resuscitačním oddělení v KNTB, a.s., a na základě vysledovaných a analyzovaných ošetřovatelských problémů navrhnout plán ošetřovatelské péče o pacienty po operaci tumoru mozku.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The topic of my bachelor work is "Nursing Care after the Operation of Brain Tumor at Patiens. In the teoretical part I am describing brain tumors, their clasification, etiology, clinical demonstration, diagnostic, ang therapy very shortly. The meningeomas witch are concern in all work are described too. Furthermore this work deals with pooperative, perioperative and postoperative care in patients with brain cancer. The practical paprt is composed of qualitative research witch is written in the form case of study, according to the observation, dialogues with patients and nursing staff. There were created case histories for the analysies of dokumentation. The aim was to chart the specific of nursing aktivity performed at patients after the tumor operation in Anesthesiology and Resuscitation Department in Bata Hospital in Zlin. Based on traceable and analyzed nursing problems to design a nursing care plan for patients after brain surgery.
