dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce pojednává o účincích mateřského mléka a o vlivu délky kojení na vznik jednotlivých onemocnění u dětí. Teoretická část se skládá ze tří kapitol. V první kapitole je diskutováno mateřské mléko, jeho složení, pozitivní účinky a problematika umělé výživy. Druhá kapitola je věnována psychomotorickému vývoji dítěte a třetí kapitola zmiňuje vybraná dětská onemocnění a jejich ošetřovatelskou péči z pohledu všeobecné sestry. V praktické části bylo pomocí dotazníků zjišťováno, jak délka kojení ovlivňuje výskyt různých nemocí u dětí.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis deals with the effects of breast milk and the influence of breastfeeding length on the development of individual diseases in children. The theoretical part consists of three chapters. The first chapter discusses breast milk, its composition, positive effects and artificial nutrition issues. The second chapter is devoted to the child's psychomotor development and the third chapter mentions the selected childhood illnesses and their nursing care from the point of view of the general nurse. In the practical part, using questionnaires, how length of breastfeeding affects the incidence of various diseases in children is determined.
