dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na informovanost všeobecných sester v oblasti péče o kolostomii a ileostomii. Poukazuje na znalosti všeobecných sester v péči o klienty s kolostomií a ileostomií. Bakalářská práce je strukturována do dvou celků. Teoretická část je věnována základní charakteristice stomie, její historii, indikacím a nejčastějším komplikacím. Dále se práce zaměřuje na ošetřovatelskou péči o stomiky, základní pomůcky k ošetření stomie a roli sestry. Praktická část zjišťuje úroveň informovanosti všeobecných sester v oblasti péče o nemocného se stomií, rozsah spolupráce se stomickou sestrou a analyzuje, jak dovedou sestry získané informace využít při edukaci stomiků.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis is focused on knowledge of general nurses in area of care colostomy and ileostomy. It points to knowledge of general nurses in the care of clients with colosto-my and ileostomy. Bachelor thesis is structured into two parts. The theoretical part is devoted to the basic characteristic of the stoma, its history, indications and the most frequent complications. Furthermore, the thesis focuses on nursing care of stomies, basic stomic aids and nurse roles. The practical part examines the level of knowledge of general nurses in the field of patient care with stoma, the extent of cooperation with the stomic nurse and ana-lyzes how the nurses can use the information obtained in the education of stomic.
