Předkládaná bakalářská práce se zabývá teoretickým rámcem flexibilních forem práce, jejich konkrétní podobou na trhu práce v ČR i jako jednou z možností k harmonizaci pracovního a rodinného života zaměstnankyň i zaměstnanců. Stručně seznamuje s pracovněprávními vztahy dle současné právní úpravy a politikou zaměstnanosti v ČR. Cílem praktické části bakalářské práce bylo pomocí kvalitativního výzkumu zjistit a analyzovat, jaký význam má práce v životě respondentů, jak zaměstnanci subjektivně vnímají důležitost flexibilní formy práce ve svém životě a zda je tato forma práce účinným a efektivním nástrojem k harmonizaci pracovního a rodinného života. Pro účely bakalářské práce jsme oslovili zaměstnance, kteří flexibilní formy práce již využívají. Kvalitativní výzkum byl proveden formou polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. |

The submitted bachelor's thesis is concerned with a theoretical framework of forms of flexible working. Subsequently, it will examine concrete examples of flexible working in the job market of the Czech Republic, and how it may be one method of harmonizing work and family life for employees. It will also briefly cover labour laws and labour relations according to the current laws and politics of employment in the Czech Republic. The goal of the practical part of the bachelor's thesis was to determine, by means of qualitative re-search, how employees subjectively regard the importance of flexible working in their lives. Further, to analyse how they regard work in general and whether forms of flexible working are an effective means of harmonising work and family life. For the purposes of this bachelor's thesis we surveyed employees who are already taking advantage of forms of flexible working. The qualitative research was carried out in the form of semi-structured interviews. |
