Cílem této bakalářské práce je sestavení podnikatelského záměru pro společnost PC Experts, spol. s r.o., s hlavním zaměřením na opravu a servis notebooků, počítačů a jejich montáží a dodatečným servisem ostatních mobilních zařízení. Součástí této práce je teoretická a praktická část. Teoretická část obsahuje základní informace potřebné k realizaci projektu, podrobnosti o náležitostech podnikatelského plánu, podmínky k založení právní formy, založení společnosti a finanční plán. Praktická část je složena z hodnocení provedeného dotazníkového průzkumu a reálného sestavení úplného podnikatelského plánu, včetně sestavení přibližného finančního plánu a analýzy konkurence na trhu. |

The subject of this bachelor thesis is a creation of a business plan for the Company PC Experts, spol. s r.o., with main focus in IT, especially in service and repair of notebooks and personal computers with additional assembly, and other small services for mobile devices. The thesis consists of two parts, theoretical and practical. In the first part, there are explained essential information needed for realization of this project, requirements for establishment of Legal Forms, company formation, description of chapters within a business plan and information about financial plan. The second part consists of evaluation of market research in form of the questionnaire, and actual realization of full business plan, including estimated financial plan and analysis of the competition on the market. |
