dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá procesem individuálního plánování osob s mentálním postižením. Teoretická část práce vymezuje základní pojmy z oblasti mentálního postižení, sociální práce s těmito lidmi a také problematiku individuálního plánování. Předmětem praktické části je sledování plnění individuálních plánů u mentálně postižených osob formou kvalitativní strategie výzkumu. Cíl praktické části bude zaměřen na průběh procesu individuálního plánování u mentálně postižených osob v sociální službě podpora samostatného bydlení z praxe.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis deals with the process of individual planning of people with mental disabilities. The theoretical part of this thesis defines the basic concepts of mental disabili-ties, social work with these people as well as the issues of individual planning. The subject of the practical part is to monitor the fulfilment of individual plans of the men-tally handicapped people in the form of a qualitative research strategy. The aim of the practical part will be focused on the process of individual planning for men-tally disabled people in social services and the support of independent housing.
