Tématem bakalářské práce je problematika ošetřovatelské péče o pacienty s MRSA na standardních nemocničních odděleních. Teoretická část se věnuje nozokomiálním nákazám, charakterizuje bakterii Methicilin rezistentní Stafylokokus aureus a popisuje bariérovou ošetřovatelskou péči. Praktická část zjišťuje pomocí pozorování, zda všeobecné a praktické sestry dodržují bariérový ošetřovatelský režim u pacientů s diagnostikovanou infekcí MRSA. Výzkumné šetření prokázalo, že všeobecné sestry přistupují k dodržování bariérového ošetřovatelského režimu zodpovědněji než praktické sestry. |

The topic of this Bachelor thesis are the nursing care problems of the patients with MRSA on a standard hospital ward. A theoretical part deals with the nosocomial infection, charac-terises bacteria Methicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus and describes the barrier nursing care. A practical part deals with a privy observation, if general and practical nurses adhere barrier nursing care in patients with diagnosed MRSA infection. The research found out that approach of the general nurses is more responsible than approach of practical nurses. |
