V bakalářské práci zpracovávám projekt založení občanského sdružení HB collegium. V teoretické části se věnuji neziskovým organizacím, vymezuji jejich význam, zmiňuji se o historii a nejčastějších právních formách v České republice. Následně se zaměřuji na občanské sdružení, podmíky jeho vzniku, právní normy či způsoby jeho hospodaření a financování. V praktické části se již plně věnuji Občanskému sdružení HB collegium a zpracovávám potřebné náležitosti pro jeho vznik. V závěru práce pak navrhuji projekty kulturních akcí, které by mohlo HB collegium v budoucnu zrealizovat. |

The bachelor's degree thesis deals with a project of founding an unincorporated association HB collegium. The theoretical part is devoted to non-profit organizations, defining their significance and mentioning their history and most frequent legal forms in the Czech Republic. Subsequently, it is focused on unincorporated associations, conditions of their foundation, rules of law or means of their management and financing. The practical part is fully devoted to the unincorporated association HB collegium and deals with required formalities of its foundation. Finally the thesis proposes cultural events project that could be implemented by HB collegium in future. |
