Bakalářská práce se zabývá ošetřovatelskou péčí u pacientů s plenkovou iritační dermatitidou. Teoretická část se věnuje dermatitidě, inkontinenci, pomůckám pro inkontinentní pacienty a ošetřovatelské péči u plenkové iritační dermatitidy. V praktické části formou kazuistik mapujeme ošetřovatelskou péči u nemocných s plenkovou iritační dermatitidou. Součástí práce je také návrh ošetřovatelského standardu zabývající se prevencí a péčí o pacienty s plenkovou iritační dermatitidou. |

This Bachelor thesis is focused on nursing care in patients with diaper irritative dermatitis. A theoretical part deals with the dermatitis, incontinence, aids for incontinent patients and nursing care with a diaper irritative dermatitis. We survey casuistries in patients with diaper irritative dermatitis in practical part. The proposal of the nursing standard focused on the prevention and care of patients with diaper irritative dermatitis is a part of this thesis. |
