Tématem bakalářské práce je Informovanost veřejnosti o hepatitidě typu A. Práce je zaměřena na zjištění informovanosti laické veřejnosti o hepatitidě typu A, která se v posledních letech vyskytuje v České republice poměrně často. Práce je strukturovaná do dvou částí. Teoretická část práce předkládá podrobné informace o virové hepatitidě typu A. Obsahuje podrobnější informace o historii hepatitidy, anatomii jater, dále informace především z oblasti přenosu, příčin, klinického obrazu, léčby a dietní-ho režimu, diagnostice a prevence virové hepatitidy typu A. V závěrečné části je obsažena ošetřovatelská péče u pacienta s hepatitidou typu A, a opatření při výskytu virové hepatitidy typu A ve společné domácnosti. Cílem praktické části bylo zjistit, v jakém rozsahu je veřejnost informovaná o virové hepatitidě typu A, co vše ví o této nemoci a její prevenci, diagnostice, léčbě, dietě, a také z jakých zdrojů se lidé o nemoci dozvěděli. Pro potřeby práce byl použit kvantitativní výzkum metodou nestandardizovaného dotazníku. Tímto výzkumem, který byl proveden v ambulancích nemocnici Nové Město na Moravě p.o., byla prokázána poměrně vysoká informovanost veřejnosti o hepatitidě typu A. |

The topic of this Bachelor's thesis is "Awareness of the general public about Hepatitis type A". The thesis focuses on finding out how much the general public knows about Hepatitis A which has been seen in the Czech republic regularly in the past few years. This thesis comprises of two parts. The theory part covers detailed information about Hepatitis A. It includes information about the history of hepatitis, anatomy of the liver, then information primarily about the transmission, source, clinical picture, cure and diet regime, diagnosis and prevention of viral Hepatitis A. The final, practical part focuses on the nursing care of a patient with Hepatitis A and the measures taken in case of a viral Hepati-tis A infection in a shared household. The main target of the practical part was to dis-cover how well the general public is aware of viral Hepatitis A, to look at their knowledge of the disease, its prevention, its diagnosis, cure and dietary requirements. The source of the public's knowledge is also analysed. Quantitative research in the form of a non-standardised questionnaire was used for the purpose of this part of the thesis. This research,which was carried out in the ambulances in Nove Město na Moravě hospital, shows a relatively high level of Hepatitis A awareness in the general public. |
