Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem návrhu wellness služeb do nového wellness hotelu zaměřeného na náročné zákazníky ve společnosti Lázně Luhačovice, a. s. Je rozdělena na teoretickou, analytickou a projektovou část. Teoretická část se orientuje na poznatky získané studiem české a zahraniční odborné literatury zaměřené na cestovní ruch, lázeňský a wellness cestovní ruch, na samotný pojem wellness a také na charakteristiku analytických metod využitých v práci. Analytická část představuje společnost Lázně Luhačovice, a. s., zaměřuje se na analýzu wellness subjektů v České republice a v zahraniční a v poslední části je proveden řízený rozhovor. Ze získaných informací a poznatků je v projektové části diplomové práce vypracován projekt wellness služeb pro náročné zákazníky. Na závěr je tento projekt podroben nákladové, rizikové a časové analýze. |

The diploma thesis deals with the topic of proposal wellness services into a new wellness hotel focused on demanding customers in the Lazne Luhacovice, a. s. It is divided into the theoretical, analytical and project part. The theoretical part focuses on the knowledge gai-ned from the study of czech and foreign specialized literature focused on tourism, spa and wellness tourism, on the concept of wellness as well as on the characteristics of the analy-tical methods used in the work. The analytical part represents Lázně Luhačovice, a. s., fo-cuses on the analysis of wellness hotels in the Czech Republic and abroad and in the last part is conducted a controlled interview. From the obtained information and knowledge, a project of wellness services for demanding customers is processed in the project part of the diploma thesis. Finally, this project is processed through cost, risk and time analysis. |
