dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá významem osobnosti Olgy Fierzové v oboru sociální pedagogi-ka. Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit, jaké výchovné a vzdělávací znaky ve své pedagogické činnosti Olga Fierzová uplatňovala a určit jejich přínos a význam. Práce je složena ze dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část je zaměřena na životní příběh této osobností. V druhé kapitole teoretické části více nahlédneme do života, díla a způsobu výchovy Olgy Fierzové. Praktická část se koncentruje na knižní zdroje a jednotlivé texty jsou podrobeny obsahové analýze. Závěrečná analýza a interpretace nám nabízí odpověď na řešenou pro-blematiku.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis addresses the importance of Olga Fierz for the field of social education. The aim is to find which educational and pedagogical features Olga Fierz applied in her pedagogical practice, and define its benefit and meaning. The thesis consists of two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part focuses on the life story of this personality. The second chapter of the theoretical part provides an insight into the life, work and ways of education Olga Fierz. The practical part is devoted to book resources and individual texts are analyzed by content analysis in this part. Final analysis and interpretation offers the answer the issue solved in the thesis.
